ActaAI consulting and implementation is typically provided at:

€110–€150 per hour, excluding VAT

The applicable rate depends on the technical complexity, specialist expertise and level of implementation required.

Typical monthly allocations:

• 20 hours/month: €2,200–€3,000
• 40 hours/month: €4,400–€6,000
• 80 hours/month: €8,800–€12,000
• 120 hours/month: €13,200–€18,000

Before work begins, we agree the expected monthly allocation and hourly rate so that you have a clear view of the expected cost.

Third-party AI services, cloud infrastructure, software licences and other external costs are quoted separately where applicable.
